Preserve useful evidence
Keep transaction records, messages, URLs, dates and screenshots where lawful and appropriate. Do not publicly post sensitive evidence merely to prove a report.

Use urgent external help when necessary
ZILAL moderation is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, theft, fraud, legal disputes or financial recovery, contact the appropriate authorities, bank, lawyer or qualified professional.

Do not abuse reporting
Reports should be made in good faith. False or retaliatory reports can harm legitimate users and may themselves violate platform rules.
