Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms govern access to ZILAL, a technology marketplace for property discovery, advertising, communication, and related user tools in Pakistan.
By creating an account, posting content, contacting another user, or using ZILAL, you agree to these terms and applicable Pakistani law. You must be legally capable of entering the relevant transaction and must provide accurate account and listing information.
ZILAL provides technology for users to publish, discover, save, discuss, and contact one another about property. Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise in writing, ZILAL is not the property owner, seller, landlord, tenant, buyer, broker, developer, valuer, lawyer, tax adviser, title examiner, bank, insurer, trustee, escrow agent, registrar, or guarantor of any user transaction. Use of the service does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or professional-adviser relationship between ZILAL and a user.
Before paying money, signing, booking, visiting, occupying, purchasing, selling, or renting, users must independently verify the other party, ownership and authority, title documents, allotment and transfer records, approvals and NOCs, encumbrances, taxes and dues, possession, measurements, boundaries, condition, utilities, zoning, price, payment instructions, and all transaction documents. Use qualified lawyers, property professionals, relevant authorities, banks, and other advisers where appropriate.
ZILAL does not guarantee that any listing, user, price, location, photograph, description, availability, ownership claim, approval, expected return, rental income, or transaction statement is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or suitable. A badge, account history, moderation action, automated check, or absence of reports is not a property-title guarantee.
Users transact at their own judgment and risk. Do not transfer money merely because a listing appears on the platform. Confirm the recipient and written purpose of every payment through trusted channels. Unless an authorised ZILAL payment service is explicitly shown inside the product, payments made directly between users are outside ZILAL custody and control.
Only genuine, relevant photographs may be uploaded as files. You may also attach one public YouTube video link where the feature is offered; video files are not uploaded to ZILAL. You must own the content or have permission to use it, must not upload private identity documents, and must not expose personal information without authority. You grant ZILAL a limited licence to host, resize, validate, display, distribute, and moderate submitted content for operating and promoting the service. YouTube content remains hosted and governed by YouTube and the uploader.
No fraud, impersonation, unlawful property advertising, forged documents, misleading prices, duplicate spam, harassment, discriminatory abuse, malware, scraping that harms the service, unauthorised access, manipulation of reviews or metrics, or attempts to bypass moderation, security, rate limits, fees, or account restrictions.
ZILAL may review, limit, reject, remove, preserve, or disclose content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or enforcement of these terms. Moderation is risk-based and does not make ZILAL responsible for a user transaction.
The service may change, experience outages, contain errors, or discontinue features. ZILAL will use reasonable operational safeguards but does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, search ranking, leads, sales, bookings, or commercial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZILAL is not responsible for losses caused by user statements, off-platform conduct, property defects, title disputes, fraud, payment decisions, failed negotiations, regulatory action, or reliance on listing content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A user remains responsible for their own acts, content, agreements, taxes, professional advice, and legal compliance.
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from that user’s unlawful content, unauthorised property advertisement, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud, misuse of the service, or material breach of these terms. This does not remove any non-excludable legal right or excuse ZILAL from responsibility imposed by applicable law.
These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in Pakistan, including, where relevant and as amended or replaced, the Contract Act, 1872; Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002; Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016; Transfer of Property Act, 1882; Registration Act, 1908; tax rules; and applicable provincial property, real-estate, and consumer-protection requirements. This list is not exhaustive. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Any mandatory legal rights and competent court or forum requirements remain unaffected.
